The SoCa Early Scholars Program is sponsoring participation in the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity workshop, Every Semester Needs a Plan. This workshop is open to all academic individuals who are interested in developing valuable strategies for semester planning.
Topics Include:
Identifying personal and professional goals for the term
Discussing the steps to create a strategic plan based on goal-setting
Establishing the types of community, support, and accountability faculty need
Offering participants the opportunity to take time out of their schedule to complete a strategic plan for the term
